We excel at the hard stuff!
InServ's Manufacturing Team has a long history of providing high quality fabricated components to the refining, chemical, industrial and power industries. Our customers expect perfection, especially on the exotic materials (high alloy & cast), which requires our craftsmen to be at the top of the industry. As a result we have some of the best welders and fabricators in the industry that excel at the challenging work that we perform.

Specialty Fabrication
Our craftsmen excel at building custom equipment for all types of process conditions including high alloy manifolds, custom weldments and other specialty equipment for your facility. In addition, being tied with our field services groups, we understand the criticality of emergency work.

Nine plus years
InServ Manufacturing has been fortunate to have worked over nine years without a recordable incident. While this is a great achievement it has not come without a lot of effort from everyone on the team. We perform PATRIOT-guided observations on our peers, review computer based training (CBT) modules that are applicable to the work that we do and encourage and reward everyone to participate in daily safety discussions.
In addition, we have a site safety team that meets monthly to perform an audit of one of the areas at our site. They identify any issues observed and come together to discuss those along with a monthly safety topic.

Refinery Turnaround Discovery Work
While our sister company was performing Turnaround work on the FCCU we were able to provide a replacement fabricated vessel in less than two weeks during their plant-wide turnaround … painted!
Hydrogen Plant Pigtails
We were able to prep and weld the tube pigtails in the shop as the field crew was pulling others from the reformer. We returned the repaired tubes on subsequent loads to be loaded back into the reformer as they were received, saving time and plot space.
Refinery Pipe Spool Job
With our Field Services group we were able to provide over 265 chrome spools as required to meet the installation in the racks as they were being built. This saved coordination time and effort by the customer and costly field labor by having the spools when they were needed to meet the construction schedule.
