We perform PATRIOT guided observations on our peers, review computer based training (CBT) modules that are applicable to the work that we do and encourage and reward everyone to participate in daily safety discussions. All scaffolds built meet or exceed all safety standards outlined by OSHA standard 1926 Subpart L-Scaffolding. All InServ supervision are certified as competent scaffold builders, inspectors and users in accordance with the Scaffold Training Institutes knowledge and competence certification process. In addition, we have site safety expectations on all of our projects to ensure our safety culture follows us everywhere we go.
